"I took this in Death Valley (in California) at a dual-sport ride in March of this year. Me and three buddies of mine went out there from Oklahoma. These are my three buddies" - Jerry Bohannon, Coweta, Okla.

Scrambler. He rode the Scrambler on the AMA Dual Sport ride at Whiskey
Creek, Mich. The event was sponsored by the Great Lakes Dual Sporters, of
which Ted and I are members. Seeing the big "old" Triumph cruising down the
two-tracks of Northern Michigan brought back many memories of the good old
days for the, um, more senior members. Younger members just shook their
heads when told about the old days when Triumphs, BSAs and the like were
common off-road rides. They had no desire to trade there DRZ's in for an old
